I was at Drake in the mid 70's. I wanted to let Doug know how much his friendship, direction and instruction meant to me. I hear his voice on a almost daily basis while I'm working on different things ( plus I have one of his plex and glass statues on a table in my house). I have missed his laughter,mushroom hunting and time fishing together. And yes I did breakdown and bought a Harley a couple of years ago. But I wish I had taken the time to stop and see him a few yrs ago when I wanted to.( lifes pressures stopped me).

He was big a part he had in my life.He will be missed but not forgotten by me. Please express my sympathy to Bonny. And hope she takes care of herself and this finds her in good health.
